This website does not collect, store or sell your personal information. We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking tools.

What this website collects

Nothing directly. You can read the site, use the revenue calculator and ask the website assistant questions without giving us any personal information. The calculator and the assistant run only in your browser. What you type into them is not saved or sent to us.

Services we rely on

Booking. When you book an audit, you use Google Calendar's booking page. The details you enter there are handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy, and shared with us so we can meet with you.
Fonts. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure, under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

When you contact us

If you email, call or book a meeting, we use your name and contact details only to reply to you and provide the services you ask about. We don't sell or share them with anyone for marketing.

Client and patient data

Practice data we review as part of a paid engagement is never collected through this website. It is handled under a separate written agreement with each practice.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page with a new effective date.
