Privacy Policy
Your privacy
Effective November 4, 2026
This website does not collect, store or sell your personal information. We don't use advertising, tracking pixels or marketing cookies.
What this website collects
Nothing directly. You can read the site, use the revenue calculator and ask the website assistant questions without giving us any personal information. The calculator and the assistant run only in your browser. What you type into them is not saved or sent to us.
Cookies
We don't set any cookies ourselves. Our host, Cloudflare, may set one security cookie (cf_clearance) that tells real visitors apart from bots and keeps the site safe. It is strictly necessary, isn't used for advertising or to follow you across sites, and expires on its own. Because we use no advertising or tracking cookies, there's no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Cloudflare also counts page visits for us (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It uses no cookies, doesn't build a profile of you, and shows us only totals, such as how many people viewed a page.
Services we rely on
- Booking. When you book an audit, you use Google Calendar's booking page. The details you enter there are handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy, and shared with us so we can meet with you.
- Fonts. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure, under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
When you contact us
If you email, call or book a meeting, we use your name and contact details only to reply to you and provide the services you ask about. We don't sell or share them with anyone for marketing.
Client and patient data
Practice data we review as part of a paid engagement is never collected through this website. It is handled under a separate written agreement with each practice.
Your choices: see or delete your information
If you've emailed, called or booked with us, you can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email emmetalexander.co@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my information" and we'll confirm once it's done, unless we're required to keep a record by law (for example, invoices). To stop emails from us, reply "no thanks" to any of them.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has contacted us, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page with a new effective date.
