Refunds and the audit guarantee

Plain-English summary of the refund terms in our Services Agreement. If this page and your signed agreement ever differ, the signed agreement controls.

Revenue Audit guarantee

If your Revenue Audit finds less than three times its fee per year in lost revenue and profit opportunities combined, we refund the audit fee in full. "Total value found" in your audit report decides: estimated revenue leaking, plus growth opportunities, plus profit-maximizing opportunities, never counting the same money twice.

The guarantee applies when you've sent the exports we ask for, including at least six months of appointment history. A refunded audit isn't also credited toward a later setup.

Audit credit

If you sign a setup within 30 days of your audit walkthrough, the audit fee is credited toward it.

Setups and other services

• How you pay: 50% when you sign the Statement of Work, 50% at launch, when the services are set up and working. There's no monthly fee to us.
• Deposit: the 50% deposit is non-refundable, including if you cancel before work starts. The only exception: if we end a project when you haven't broken the agreement, you get back the part of the deposit for work we haven't done.
• Ending early: either side can end a project with 14 days' written notice. If you end it, you pay for work done up to the end date, and we keep the deposit if the work done is less than it. If we end it and you haven't broken the agreement, we keep only the value of the work already done and refund the rest of your deposit in full.
• Software fees: software is paid to each vendor directly, under the vendor's own refund terms.
