These terms cover your use of this website, run by Alexander and Company LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them.

What this site is

This site describes our consulting services for med spas, chiropractors and physical therapy practices. It is for business owners and their teams. Nothing on it is medical, legal, billing, coding or accounting advice.

Prices and services

Prices on this site are ranges. Your exact price, scope and timeline are set in a written Services Agreement and Statement of Work that we both sign before any work starts. If anything on this site differs from that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Software we set up for you is in your practice's name and paid to the vendor directly. Vendors set their own prices, which may change. After a service's support period, further changes are billed per project (minimum $500).

Estimates, not promises

The calculator, sample reports and blog posts are examples and general information. Sample reports use made-up demo data. Audit figures are estimates based on your own data and stated assumptions. We don't guarantee any particular revenue, number of patients, reviews or bookings. The only guarantee is the audit refund described on our refund policy.

Website assistant and calculator

The assistant gives pre-written answers only and runs in your browser. Please don't type health or patient details into it. It is not monitored live, so for anything urgent, call us. In a medical emergency, call 911.

Our content

The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to Alexander and Company LLC. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't copy whole pages or reuse our branding. Fonts are from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License.

Links to other sites

We link to sources and to services like Google Calendar. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or relying on general information on it. Virginia law governs these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
